Custom Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on custom-made items unless there is a defect or issue caused on our end.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Refunds are available for unused, undamaged items returned within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos for verification. We’ll provide a replacement or refund.
